Ferial Zoheb Nazerali holds a Master of Arts in Peace and Security Studies from the Institute for Peace and Security Studies (IPSS) and an LL.B from the Addis Ababa University School of Law. With a strong background in international peace, security, and law, her expertise spans strategic program coordination, resource mobilization, and partnership management. She has extensive experience organizing high-level continental events, including the annual Tana High-Level Forum on Security in Africa, having previously served as the Tana Forum Governance and Institutional Development Unit Coordinator. She is currently the Policy Dialogues and Strategic Partnership Coordinator at IPSS. 

Tobechukwu Nwaelugo

Policy Dialogue and Strategic Partnerships Officer

Tobechukwu Nwaelugo is an advocate dedicated to Women Peace and Security, child protection, human rights, and sustainable development. Tobechukwu holds a Master’s degree in International Relations: Global Security and Development from the University of Plymouth, UK, and a BSc in Political Science from Manchester University, USA. Her academic training is further complemented by specialized child protection training at the International Peace Support Training Centre in Nairobi, grounding her work in both policy and practice.
