Qualification: MA or Above in Peace and Security, Conflict Studies, Conflict Data Analysis, Political Science and International Relations, Global Studies, Area Studies, Sociology and Anthropology, Economics and Development Studies, Law and Human Rights Studies, Public Policy and Governance Studies, Foreign Relations and Geopolitics, and other related fields of study.

Additional Skill: Applicants hired through this process will be full time research staff at the University, with the rank of Associate Research Fellow, Research Fellow or Assistant / Associate Professor with the possibility of promotion to full professor or scientist. Experience:
- At least five years of experience as a researcher
- At least 3 academic publications
- Demonstrable experience in partnership formation and networking
- Rich experience in project planning, execution and monitoring
- Demonstrab experience in institutional development, administering grants and institutional budget
- Excellent human resource management
