The MOU between IPSS AND IFA of Ethiopia was officially signed

This morning, the Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA) of Ethiopia and the Institute of Peace and Security Studies (IPSS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The two organisations agreed to cooperate in several areas, including capacity-building schemes, co-publishing evidence-based research, facilitating open dialogue and debate concerning peace and security issues faced by the Horn of Africa and the continent as a whole, and exchange programmes that are aimed at enhancing institutional capacity between IFA Ethiopia and IPSS.
