The Institute for Peace and Security Studies (IPSS) is proud to announce that our esteemed colleague, Yonas Tariku, will be defending his PhD dissertation titled “Ethiopia’s (In)security Predicament: The Interplay of Domestic and External Vulnerabilities and Threats.” This significant academic milestone will take place on October 8th, 2024, at 2:30 PM in the IPSS New Conference Hall. We are excited to witness this culmination of Yonas’s hard work and dedication to the study of peace and security.
The defense will be moderated by a distinguished board of examiners, including External Examiner Prof. Kenneth Omeje, Internal Examiner Dr. Yacob Arsano, and Chairperson Prof. Habtamu Wondimu.
