The Institute for Peace and Security Studies (IPSS) will host a Public Lecture titled “21st Century Peace Work: Africa’s Choice” featuring Prof. Gearoid Millar from the University of Aberdeen. Prof. Millar will discuss the emerging 21st-century challenges to peace and how the field of peace work (including scholars, practitioners, funders, and policymakers) must reorient itself to effectively respond to these issues. The lecture will be followed by a discussion facilitated by Hallelujah Lulie.
