DESCRIPTION:Download: Concept Note \nThe Institute for Peace and Security Studies (IPSS) of Addis Ababa University and FES are partnering to organise a High Level Dialogue on the margins of the 39th AU Summit on “Forces for Peace: Realities of Peace Support Operations in Africa” on 11 February 2026 at the Hyatt Regency\, Addis Ababa from 8:30 a.m. until 12:00. The dialogue is centered on a new publication and aims to provide a high-level platform for policy dialogue on the current challenges in African Peace Support Operations (PSOs)\, including funding (Resolution 2719) and accountability\, to inform decisions and practices of policymakers\, practitioners\, and other stakeholders in the context of the 39th AU Summit.
