The Institute for Peace and Security Studies in collaboration with Inclusive Peace and the United States Institute of Peace developed a ToT manual for dialogue facilitation.
Dr. Fana Gebresenbet, Interim Director of the IPSS, stated that this effort will be supplemented and strengthened by genuine efforts to address root causes of conflict through dialogue.
The manual aims to support such initiatives by helping to build the skill set of dialogue facilitators.
The manual was piloted with two cohorts in January.
