On 21 December 2021, Ms. Tamara Ndaba, Political Counsellor, from Embassy of South Africa Addis Ababa paid a courtesy visit to IPSS and met with Dr. Yonas A. Adeto, Director of Institute of Peace and Security Studies (IPSS), to discuss among others mutual cooperation areas, bilateral relation and people -to-people diplomasy.
