Celebrating the Graduation of the MPSA Class of 2024: A Commitment to Diversity and Excellence in Peace and Security

8 July, 2024

On 6 July 2024, IPSS celebrated the graduation of the Managing Peace and Security in Africa (MPSA) MA programme. We are delighted to announce that the MPSA programme graduated 15 participants this year, representing a diverse group from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Ethiopia, Kenya, Namibia, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda. This year, we achieved a balanced representation with seven (7) female and eight (8) male graduates, a testament to our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

The MPSA programme equips its participants with the skills, knowledge, and networks necessary to drive positive change across the continent. As these graduates embark on their professional journeys, we are confident in their ability to lead, inspire, and make significant contributions to Africa’s sustainable peace, security, and development. Your work will be instrumental in shaping a more peaceful and secure future, and we are certain of the change you will bring.

We extend our congratulations and best wishes to the MPSA Class of 2024.
