Institutional Development

Our briefing sessions and lecture series provide an opportunity for in-depth coverage and discussion of pressing issues from around the continent. IPSS hosts one session each month, and invites an expert in a field to present their analysis of a hot topic from around Africa. Click here to read about our most recent events.

IPSS has co-hosted a number of conferences with partner organizations such as the African Peace Support Trainers Association (APSTA), the AU Peace and Security Department, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
